Export G-code and the setup sheet

This page is not written yet. It will cover posting and exporting the program from the Simulate step: choosing the post, the file names, splitting by tool, the checks run before the files are written, the preview of the program, and the setup sheet.

Whatever the export shows, the program is yours to check: see Checking G-code before you run it.
